Squeeze a small amount of party paste into your hand about the size of a dime to a quarter depending on your length of hair. Work through damp to dry hair starting in the crown area (top back) of your head and pull through to the front and sides. Shape as desired. To lock this look in all day, finish with headliner the working spray.
